Introducing NUXE Creme Prodigieuse Skincare
NUXE is a Parisian brand which has been around for 20 years and has now reinvented itself in 2011 with a new skincare line. NUXE is most famed for its Huile Prodigieuse, a dry oil suitable for skin, hair and nails (We were told that Jennifer Lopez has said she bathes in the gold-infused version!). We recently popped along to the launch of the NUXE Creme Prodigieuse range in Arnotts to learn about the products and how they'll help our skin stay looking young and fresh for longer.The concept behind the range is to offer skin anti-fatigue moisturising care for women of all ages. NUXE achieve this through the use of three powerful and complementary anti-oxidants (if one fails to work, the others will take over!).
Now, without getting too scientific on you, NUXE believe that oxidative stress is the main cause of premature skin aging and comes about as a result of external and internal aggressors producing a significant amount of free radicals which can cause skin to look tired, dull, inflamed and aged. The 3 active ingredients in NUXE; Blue Everlasting, Blue Agerate and cocoa extract, work together to combat the effects of oxidative stress.
Blue Everlasting flower protects the skin from external stresses like pollution and UV rays and helps it to stay looking radiant and youthful, Blue Agerate protects the skin from internal assaults like fatigue and stress and reduces the appearance of inflammation while cocoa extract protects from premature skin aging caused by oxidative stress.
