Whack your grill on to a medium-high heat and allow to warm up. In a bowl, crack two eggs, add a splash of cream and a teaspoon of kale pesto and gently whip with a fork until all the pesto is distributed throughout the eggs.
Assembly is key here. I butter my toasted bread with some real butter,spread some smashed avocado because I need the fats and top with a torn slice of ham and then pile on the perfectly turned out eggs. The result?
