I feel like an eyebrow update is in order. I'm still having mine seen to by the lovely Noella in The Brow Artist - they are amazing and I'm really looking forward to my Christmas appointment tomorrow evening. I'm also still a huge fan of Make Up For Ever Aqua Brow. It's incredible - if I could pick one brow product for the rest of my life, this would be it. It's also a bit of a faff for early mornings. Sometimes I just prefer the ease of use of a pencil and/or gel, so that's where this duo come in.
I'm dangerously close to the end of my second Anastasia Brow Wiz, and can confirm that this is 100% worth the hype. If you're a bit cautious of filling in your brows or are afraid of Scouse Brow, you need this. It's the most subtle pencil I've used and the formula is fantastic; a little waxy, not overly pigmented, but it shows up and stays put. The shade range is also worth noting as there seems to be something to suit everyone within it. Just fantastic - I'm about to order my third.
L'Oreal Brow Artist The Plumper* has to be the best budget brow gel I've tried so far. I prefer it to the Maybelline offering as the brush is teeny (like Benefit Gimme Brow). The formula is great - it holds the brows without drying or clumping as the day goes on. A quick slick of this on top of Brow Wiz just pulls everything together, and keeps any stray hairs from popping out of place during the day!
