Repurchases

I bloody love trying new stuff. Stalking Temptalia for release dates, haunting the aisles of Boots and BTs... It's what made me want to start blogging, and four years later, the obsession rumbles on. Along the way, I've made some firm friends. Here are the four products that will always be with me...

I'm on to my second tube of this now, in a slightly lighter shade - Cream Ivory. This foundation lasts eons as you only need a little in the tube. It's an absolute failsafe miracle-worker for me in terms of wearable coverage that doesn't look overly matte or cakey. Full review here!

If you haven't yet tried this powder, you absolutely must. It has to be my all-time favourite as
The NARS Translucent Crystal powder comes a very, very close second to this but MSFN wins out overall because of the extra bit of coverage it offers. I'm sure I've been through at least 9 or 10 of these so far - I actually need to buy it again soon but have been a little put off by the new packaging which you can see here!

This is my ultimate eyebrow product. I don't really need much else to make my eyebrows play ball - this does everything. I have also tried the Anastasia DipBrow Pomade and still prefer this - if you'd like to see a comparison post, let me know! In the meantime, you can read myself and Sinéad's full review of Aqua Brow here.

Clarins Beauty Flash Balm
This is a cult product for a reason. I find it incredibly effective for dull skin days - I use it as both a primer and as a quick face mask, and nothing really compares. It's enlivening and very kind to skin, too - and smells like apricots, which is always a plus. I am very interested in the Dior Glow primer because it seems like a similar product to this, but for now, my loyalty is unwavering.

  2. I bought the Mineralize Skinfinish Natural to use as a powder foundation in the summer, but the coverage was way too light for that and I ended up getting and using the Laura Mercier Smooth Finish Powder Foundation for that purpose.. I should try it as a finishing powder then. I am currently using the Nars.

  3. The only one of these I've tried is the Beauty Flash Balm and it would make my list too only I haven't bought it in so long because my mam always gives me the travel sizes she gets as a gift with purchase! haha! LOVE it! The Aqua Brow sounds right up my street too, still haven't tried anything by MUFE!

  5. I LOVE the NARS but there's just something very special about this one!

  6. I like to use a small amount under makeup and kind of pat rather than rub it in if that helps!
