A Restock

There are certain products that I feel I never shut up about - both here on the blog and in real life. They're products I turn to again and again and I feel that an emphasis on these - what I use and love all the time - deserve a big place on the blog, along with new releases and so on. I've been stocking up on some favourites recently so, take a look at some of my absolute must-haves!

Clarins Gentle Exfoliator Brightening Toner
I feel like I've reviewed this multiple times, so I'll keep it short - this is one of my favourite exfoliating products, and it's something I always return to for how gentle it is. I use this every morning followed by a spritz of Serozinc; the combination works really well to keep my skin clear and calm.

La Roche-Posay Redermic R*

This was sent to me but I am including it as I would have 100% repurchased it by now anyway. I think that previously this was only available in Boots in Ireland but it appears to have had a wider launch, so it should now be a little easier to track down in pharmacies around the country. One of the main ingredients in this, retinol, is a wonder not only for anti-ageing purposes but also for clearing blemishes. This clears breakouts far faster than any other product I've tried, and also really helps with uneven skin texture and scarring.

Kiehls Ultra Light Daily UV Defence

If you're using retinol and any other chemical exfoliants as part of your daily routine, you'll need a pretty robust SPF. I featured this in my guide to facial SPF at the beginning of the summer (where has the time gone?!) and it's still my favourite. Honestly, nothing compares to how light this feels on the skin, it's a total pleasure to use.

Kérastase Ciment Thermique

I find hair products kind of boring to write about but I am pretty passionate about this one - it is quite simply one of the best hair products out there. A leave-in conditioner for dry or damaged hair, this is one of the only things I've ever used that actually helps to repair my locks. They've changed the packaging but it's just as good as ever - read my full review here.
