Sally Hansen Miracle Gel
I doubt that this is the first time that many of you are reading about this new range; coverage of Miracle Gel is absolutely everywhere and while I am a bit late to the blogging party, I have been quietly enjoying this range for the last few weeks.
Miracle Gel is a new range of gel-effect polishes that claim to cure in daylight when teamed with the special top coat. It's similar to CND Vinylux if you're familiar with that product - I've yet to try Vinylux but I think that Miracle Gel is bloody brilliant. As a person that is semi-addicted to gel manis, this polish is the perfect stop-gap, and at €9.99 a bottle, it's definitely a cheaper option. I've got up to four days out of these polishes without chips, and even longer if I layer my favourite top coat, Seche Vite, over the recommended gel one.
Shade-wise, there are 18 out with the current launch and more will be out over the coming months. I did find some of the paler shades like the mint green, B Girl, took a little more work to gain opacity, but others like Birthday Suit (above), were perfect to apply. My favourites? Redgy, a coral-red, and Pretty Piggy, a perfect pink!
