From talking to friends and family, €30 seems to be about the average spend on a Christmas present these days. Of course, there are those who spend a bit less and those who spend that bit more but, €30 seems to be somewhere in the middle and it would seem that this is where the market is placing itself this holiday season too. Pretty much everything I included in this Under €30 gift guide is something I would love to receive myself (hint hint!) and I think they are all high quality, really decent looking gifts that would suit a wide variety of people.
Diptyque Mini Scented Candle - €24.00 / Jo Malone Travel Candle - €28.00
I'm not one for spending a lot of money on candles for myself but, for the girl who has everything, a hostess gift or a small token for someone you don't know that well, these mini luxury candles would be a beautiful gift to give and to receive. Diptyque Baies and Jo Malone Pomegranate Noir are the most popular scents of their respective brands and will appeal to most.
Juice Cube - £24.95
Everyone is plugged in these days so, you can't go wrong with a portable emergency charger. These are available in an array of different colours and would be a great gift for a guy in your family or a teen you feel a little bit out-of-touch with!
May28th 1:18PM Watch - €18.49
May28th are a really cool, quirky, fun little watch brand with loads of different designs and colourways on offer. I love this aqua blue and white mix but, there is also black and grey geometric design I have my eye on! Oh, and they are on-sale on Shopbop at the moment!
Bobbi Brown Limited Edition Old Hollywood Lip Colour - €29.00
For the beauty lovers in your life, a gorgeous luxe lippie is sure to be a hit Christmas present. I love this Old Hollywood red from Bobbi Brown but, others in the same fancy schmancy vein are YSL, Estée Lauder and Guerlain.
Jonathan Adler iPhone 5 Case - €21.57
A designer phone case is a relatively easy and inexpensive way to get a bit of luxury into your life. This multicolour chevron case from Jonathan Adler is really bright and fun and well within the €30 price limit.
Fashion Fairy Tale Memoirs - €30
These designer-illustrated fairytale books have totally captured my heart. The stories of Sleeping Beauty and the Elves and the Shoemaker have been reimagined and rewritten by fashion writer Camilla Morton and illustrated with the drawings of Christian Lacroix and Manolo Blahnik. These would be the perfect, thoughtful gift for anyone who loves fashion and/or fairytales.
