I tend to get a bit bored of writing about body products, even though I am getting through them at a ferocious rate these days. Gone are the days when I was just using whatever shower gel was knocking around the house and no body lotion - I am now something of a snob for any kind of body lotion, butter or oil. Garnier Ultimate Beauty Oil* is one of a few on rotation right now.
It's still fairly unusual to see a luxe product like body oil from a "basic" brand like Garnier, and I was delighted with how well they've done it! This is a really pleasant oil to use; a little more synthetic than the high-end ones I've used but still very silky and mousturising, with a lovely macadamia scent. The packaging is both practical and attractive; the spray pump is durable and it hasn't leaked on me at all.
I have found Garnier body products to be a bit hit and miss in the past, but I'm firmly enamoured with this one. It truly is moisturising - lash this on before bed and you'll wake up with baby-soft, hydrated skin. It's a really lovely product, ideal for taking away on holidays, and I can't fault it at all for the price bracket that it's in!
