Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs: New and Improved
However, if you're staunchly digging your heels in at the thought of straying too far from your Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs well, fear not, because a new water-resistant formula is hitting the shelves! Available in three shades; Light Glow, Medium Glow and Dark Glow, Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs will now withstand the odd drink spillage or rain shower, only coming off with soap and warm water.
The aerosol can remains the same, delivering a light mist of colour over the skin that is buildable to the desired depth of colour. The cult tanning product will now have a more matte finish as opposed to the slightly shimmery formula of yore. I can only assume that this is to more closely mimic the effect sheer hosiery á la Kate Middleton has on legs!
One of the biggest benefits of Airbrush Legs has, thankfully, stayed the same. It still effectively covers imperfections of the skin; freckles, veins and scars, adding to the "perfect pins" result. Kim Kardashian famously name-dropped Airbrush Legs as the one product which hides her psoriasis scars and I plan on using it to do the same for my eczema scars for an upcoming wedding, especially now as there is no risk of it transferring onto and staining my black and white dress!

My Sister probably owns shares in Sally Hansen at this stage, she goes through cans of the stuff like there's no tomorrow - I just find it really thick and I don't like how it looks on me, but then again I wouldn't be a huge tan person anyway (okay, confession, I'm crap at putting it on) - great to know that there's a waterproof version though, shall pass the message on :)x
ReplyDeleteI'm wearing it today and have to say loving it. The sparkle is gone so it's a lot more natural. Love what they've done
ReplyDeleteI've been looking at these recently when out and I keep meaning to pick one up! Always hear great things.
