I justify this ridiculous collection by assuring myself that I'll never run out - which is where my latest purchase comes in. I have wanted to try this foundation for the longest time, ever since Lollipop26 recommended it on her now-deceased blog. Before I heard of this, I'd always dismissed 'second-skin' foundations as something that wouldn't be for me. I like full coverage and don't want my skin to be too visible because, well, it's crap.
Lingerie de Peau is the crappy-skinned girl's 'natural-look' foundation; something that is light, looks natural but still offers great coverage and luminosity as well as good staying power. I do have foundations that last a lot longer than this one, but I can forgive this and whip out the powder to keep it in place.
And, well, look at that packaging! So luxurious and gorgeous - and it'd want to be, as it ain't cheap. I got this with 10% off in Debenhams, but it still set me back €43. Steep, but I don't regret my purchase. Also, I bloody love the name, and it couldn't be more apt!
Applying this foundation makes me happy, as it blends so easily and is super-light. It smells nice (I know that some of you hate scented makeup, but it really doesn't bother me), if you like the scent of Lancome foundations you will enjoy this. It wears pretty well, won't oxidise horribly and looks nice and glow-y. Here's the proof (I hope) :

What do you make of this? Would you splurge on a fancy foundation?
